The Chief Estimator Software (©1997-2009) is construction estimation software developed by International Project Estimating that includes all the features required to bid major infrastructure projects, including heavy civil, industrial, utility and pipeline projects, as well as lump sum building, mechanical, electrical and petrochemical projects. The software includes the unique ability to estimate the project in multiple currencies, separate engineering, development and capital costs and prepare detailed cash flows.

Our Resource Data, provided with The Chief Estimator software, includes Civil, Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Pipeline and Petrochemical work. The data comes complete with a comprehensive Master Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) including 8,000 line items covering all divisions of work. The Resource Cost Database includes over 4,000 crews complete with production rates and 6,000 material rates and assemblies. For heavy equipment users, the resource the resource data includes ownership and operating costs for over 1200 pieces of construction equipment.
